Our own account records the visit and Nashik overnight stay. The donation-pass instructions below come separately from the temple trust, checked on 29 October 2026.

The Trust lists ₹200 per person on its booking page; check current exemptions and terms before paying.
Pass and identification
The Trust asks visitors to carry their donation-pass QR code and ID for entry verification.

How do I book Trimbakeshwar donation darshan?

Sign in through the Trust’s online donation-pass page, complete the booking for your chosen date and download the QR pass from Transaction History. Read the displayed conditions first: the pass is date-specific and non-transferable. This explains the Trust’s published process, not the booking method our family used.

Can I get a donation darshan pass at a counter?

The Trust lists counters near Kushawart Chauk and at Shivprasad Bhaktaniwas. It directs pass holders to Uttar Mahadwar for ID and pass verification. Check exemption eligibility with the relevant channel: the online and counter pages list different categories. A paid pass should not be treated as a guaranteed queue duration.

How did our Trimbakeshwar VIP darshan and puja work?

We arrived around 15:00 after the early Bhimashankar Rudrabhishek. A guide helped arrange VIP darshan: we entered through the VIP gate, joined the queue via the main entrance and were guided to view the three forms associated with Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. We performed a puja in the courtyard. We have not established the exact queue duration, ritual name or charge. Our guide-assisted visit should not be assumed to be identical to today’s Trust donation-pass service.

Did we need a phone locker at Trimbakeshwar?

We carried phones during our October 2026 visit and took photographs in the courtyard and outside. Direct photographs of the Jyotirlinga were not allowed. We did not use or notice lockers. This describes our visit; check the current instructions at the entrance.

Why we visited

We included Trimbakeshwar in our Maharashtra pilgrimage circuit after Bhimashankar. This is a short first-hand account of its place in our journey.

Our visit and overnight in Nashik

First-hand journeyOur October 2026 experience

We reached Trimbakeshwar at around 15:00 after our early Bhimashankar Rudrabhishek. A guide helped arrange VIP darshan: we entered through the VIP gate and joined the queue via the main entrance. We viewed the three forms associated with Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva and performed a puja in the courtyard. We stayed in Nashik afterwards.

Our photographs show the north entrance and the main stone temple surrounded by scaffolding during this visit. The day began with our early Bhimashankar visit and Rudrabhishek there. We later continued towards Nashik / Trimbakeshwar and stayed at Quality Inn, Nashik (name as remembered). At Trimbakeshwar we performed a separate courtyard puja; its exact ritual name and price are not recorded.

Where it fits in the road journey

First-hand journeyOur October 2026 experience

The next morning, 5 October, we left the hotel at approximately 08:30–09:00 for Saptashrungi, then Shirdi, Shani Shingnapur and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Nashik was the link between these two road days.
